These are legal forms that help us complete your hiring and enable you to get paid. Each document needs to be completed and brought to your scheduled orientation date. NOTE: You will need to bring some additional documentation to complete these forms and if you under 18, some require an adult signature. 3. Supplemental Orientation Documents

During orientation you will be asked to sign a document acknowledging that you have received these documents. They include supplemental information about CA benefit programs and are for you to review at your leisure.

4. During Your Employment with TeenForce

While working with TeenForce, your Time Card will be your best friend. Also, if you ever get hurt on the job you will need to fill out this Worker's Compensation Claim Form.
