Sarah Johnston, CPA  - Ms. Johnston is an Engagement Manager at Petrinovich, Pugh and Co., LLP in San Jose, CA.  She is a member of the firm’s non-profit committee and has experience with financial audits and tax return preparation.  Prior to her seven years in her current position, she served as a financial analyst with Hall, Kinion and Associates.  She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.  Ms. Johnston has a BS in Mathematics from Pomona College and a MS in Accounting from San Jose State University. 

Mike LaTourette -- Mr. LaTourette is a real estate broker with Gallagher and Miersch Commercial Brokerage specializing in site selection for land developers and retail clients. He has also been a real estate manager for Albertson’s, Boston Market, Home Express and Orchard Supply Hardware. Mr. LaTourette served on the board of directors for Goodwill of Silicon Valley for 9 years and holds a BS in Marketing from San Jose State University.

Alan Feinberg - Mr. Feinberg is a retired entrepreneur and corporate advisor. After a twenty year career in sales, marketing, business development and general management at several Silicon Valley start-ups, Mr. Feinberg spent the next ten years as a business advisor and consultant to entrepreneurs and investors in Europe, Asia, and North America. He is a veteran of three M&As and one IPO, and has mastered the tools and techniques of building early-stage technology ventures. He holds Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) and Masters in Business Administration (MBA) degrees and has been a frequent guest speaker and panelist on entrepreneurship at executive forums, business conferences and start-up seminars around the world.
